g999's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their g999 Account in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
g999 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free of interruptions, or error-free. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may affect availability.
g999 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number on file, or via a prominent notice on the Platform, at least seven (7) days prior to taking effect where practicable.
Your continued use of the g999 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account and withdraw any remaining balance before the effective date.
These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of a dispute between a Player and g999, both parties agree to first attempt resolution informally by contacting g999 customer support. g999 will endeavour to respond to formal complaints within five (5) business days.
